General Volunteer Program While Paidia’s primary operations are in the Middle East, we couldn’t fulfill our mission without the support of our US based volunteers. Paidia is highly reliant on volunteers of all ages. Volunteer jobs range from participating in short-term events for the community to long-term leadership positions that help Paidia achieve its mission. Many of the programs that help children on the far reaches of the globe are achieved through the work of Paidia’s volunteers as well as our student led Leadership Team. Leadership Team Paidia’s Leadership Team, which is based in Grand Rapids, MI, is responsible for organizing and overseeing all of Paidia’s US based events. It is made up of nearly all college age students who have dedicated their time to making a difference in the world.
