Paidia Around the World

Paidia wants to help children and youth in all corners of the globe. This is why Paidia desires to partner with organizations that share our common mission of impacting the lives of children through educational recreation.

Paidia is offering its unique programs and services to churches, youth groups and community centers that have a focus on reaching the children and youth in their community. Paidia works hand-in-hand with these partnering organizations from start to finish to develop the most effective and engaging programs possible, creating not only a change in the lives of the children, but also a change in the community itself. The process goes through four stages:

Stage 1: Paidia begins by assessing the feasibility and effectiveness of having a facility and curriculum in a particular area.

Stage 2: Once feasibility has been confirmed, we begin raising the start-up capital on behalf of our partnering organization.

Stage 3: The moment the funds are acquired, Paidia sends in a team to build the structure and train the local staff/volunteers on how to utilize the facility and curriculum to reach their community. Paidia remains on location until familiarity and proficiency with the curriculum is achieved ensuring a successful and safe program.

Stage 4: Finally, a system of checks and balances are put in place to ensure that the program is being used safely and to its fullest potential after Paidia’s staff has left. In addition, to ensure the success and advancement of each program, Paidia helps provide all partnering organizations with volunteers and continued consultation in order to further reach their community.
